Operation Executive
Job Descriptions :
· Report to General Manager, will be required to
manage the day to day operational activities by communicating
with logistics agents, factories, customer on voyage orders,
instruction and payment.
· Assist in obtaining quotation for product quotation
from factories, freight charges etc.
· Assist in monitoring orders ensuring smooth flow
of processes and ensure products shipped to customer on
time.
· Responsible for documentation functions which includes
preparing invoicing, LC, shipping documentation, packing
list etc.
· Computing, preparing and sending of invoices and ensure
timely receipts of freight.
Job Requirements :
· Business or Logistics Degree Holder preferred
· Shipping and Logistics experiences in agriculture
products preferred
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Fluent in English
